Brian Hilton - Chairman of the Board Has had a long and distinguished career in the Civil Service, latterly being Director General at the Department of Trade and Industry in which role he was responsible for Corporate and Consumer affairs and also managed Competition Policy and Corporate Governance. He has served as Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Office during which time he launched and ran the Citizen's Charter for the then Prime Minister, John Major. Other roles within Whitehall have been with the Ministry of Agriculture and also running the Secretary of State's Think Tank/Cabinet in the Department of Trade and Industry. His work has essentially been industry, finance and city-related and he now has a number of external non-executive appointments. Stephen Moore - Founder & Chief Executive Officer Stephen has 18 years of broad business experience based on creating companies with a clear vision of the future, operating and managing business through to flotation. Founder and CEO of Expocentric plc in 1999, the company went on to be listed under Techmark on the London Stock Exchange by Investec in September 2000 raising £55m in private and public funds. Expocentric plc was sold to the MICE Group plc in February 2002. In 2003 worked with founders and became non Executive Director and investor in Sendcardsdirect Ltd, an innovative start up in on-demand printing, supplying personalized greetings cards from a web interface. Early in 2004 Stephen began research and development for First Ondemand Limited and the Company was incorporated in June 2004. Stephen is a founder shareholder of First Ondemand Ltd. Philip Poyner -Chief Financial Officer Philip is a Chartered Accountant with broad experience of industry. In particular this includes implementing new computer systems, operational reviews, preparation of business plans and company turnarounds. In 1995 he led the management buy out of Diametric from Lloyd's Development Capital. In 1999 he was a founder of the online exhibition company Expocentric plc. The Company was floated on the London Stock Exchange and subsequently sold to the MICE Group plc in 2002. As interim Finance Director for the Iron Bed Company he saw through the preparation and implementation of the turnaround plan, and subsequent sale of the Company to CJ Furniture Limited in March 2004. Philip is a founder shareholder of First Ondemand Ltd. Douglas Shand - Chief Technology Officer Douglas has a broad technology experience in Blue-Chip consulting, technology management, business development and recent experience as an innovation evangelist at Oracle in Europe. He is a published author, regular conference speaker and a recognised expert in Agile Development techniques. Joseph Dryer - Non-Executive Director Joe has a most distinguished banking career, firstly working in New York, he then moved to London to join Hambros Bank as a Director. After that Joe then took up the role of Global Head of Debt Capital Markets at BNP Paribas and then moved to Dresden Kleinwort London as Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance and Origination. Hugh Scrimgeour - Non-Executive Director Hugh is a Chartered Accountant and was Chief Financial Officer of Princess Cruises Inc 1986 to 1988, returning to London in 1989 to join Earls Court and Olympia Limited, where he subsequently became Chairman and Managing Director. This business was sold at the end of 1999 for £183 million. Hugh had over 16 years management experience with P&O, both in the UK and in the USA. In 2000 Hugh joined the Board of Expocentric plc. He is currently Vice Chairman of Shanghai International Exhibition Centre Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Tarsus Group plc, as well as providing strategic and corporate advice to a small number of clients. |
